2003년 쌍둥이 형제 앤터니 조셉, 리처드 조셉이

설립한 조셉조셉은 소비재 시장에서 빠른 성장을 이뤘습니다.

역사와 전통을 자랑하는 주방용품 브랜드 사이에서는

10여년 밖에 되지 않은 브랜드이지만 그들만의

색다른 발상과 소비자의 사용성을 고려한 디자인은

조셉조셉의 역사

브랜드 설립자 앤터니 조셉과 리처드 조셉 쌍둥이

그들은 가족 사용이 그들의 성공에 많은

영향을 끼쳤다고 말합니다.

 

그들의 할아버지는

1935년 버밍엄에서 글라스 컴퍼니(Glass Company)

라는 공업용 유리 생산 사업을 시작했다.

아버지 마이클이 이를 물려받아 사업을 확장하였고

 

유리제품 가공에서 부터 원자재 가공, 제품이 

어떻게 기획되고 개발되어지는 지 과정을

지켜보던 제품디자이너 조셉형제는

대학 시절부터 방학기간 부모님의 사업을

경험하고 운영하며 사업의 방향성을 구축하였습니다.

 

그 후 유리 도마 제조 회사를 인수하고 

유리접시, 시계, 머그잔 등 흥이를 끌 시도를 하지만

실패하여 처음부터 사업을 다시 구상하기에 이릅니다.

 

식문화에 대한 친근한 접근과 트랜디한 컬러를

접목하여 스타셰프들의 입소문을 통해

끝내 그들은 주변에 불편한 상황을 고려한

조셉조셉만의 주방용품 브랜드를 기획하였습니다.
